Introducing our Citrus Cerveza, a sun-chasing, palate-cleansing drop built on purity, balance, and craft.

This beer utilises Maris Otter for its base with its signature biscuity back bone, supported by a touch of Munich malt rounding out the malt profile with a large % of flaked corn/maize for that signature Mexican lager character, keeping the body crisp, dry, and summer clean.

From there, we let Motueka hops do their thing, bright lime, soft sweetness, and finish with a whisper of Lemon Myrtle, that unmistakable native citrus that turns a simple cerveza into something layered, lifted, and unmistakably local.

Sitting at 5% ABV and around 22 IBU, it’s sessionable without being simple, the kind of beer that rewards both slow sipping and scorching-day thirst.  Clean. Zesty. Crafted with intent.
