This one’s a proper IPA - no gimmicks, no shortcuts, just bold flavour done the Aussie way. This All Australian IPA is our second experimental step into IPA territory, building on the success of our first seasonal drop and turning the volume up where it counts.

Brewed as a modern take on a West Coast IPA, it keeps things clean and classic with a single malt base and a focused hop bill starring Ryefield Centennial hops from NSW, our Level 3 sustainability partners and a rare WA co-lab. Think American-style punch, grown locally.

Expect bright citrus and lemon up front, a firm but well-behaved bitterness, and a crisp, no-nonsense finish that lets those Australian hops do all the talking.
